Today was my first day of using this drill and I was so excited to use it but it worked for about 20 minutes (just long enough to take my acrylic gel polish off remove) And after that for some reason my drill stopped spinning so I took the drill out. I've tried putting it back in but it doesn't come back at all! It's "unlocked" and should definitely fit in there, but something is preventing it from inserting the drill. I ended up taking it apart and when I managed to put it all back together it slid perfectly (not sure how I fixed it but it got fixed after I took the drill apart) NOW! Another problem: when I rotated the pink part to attach the drill bit, it wouldn't snap into place and came loose. Okay, so I asked my husband to help fix this thing. He managed to put everything back together for me but the drill stopped spinning/working. I loosened the top of the drill bit and then it started working but it still broke after 20 minutes of use and I didn't do anything else. I am a licensed manicurist and used to handling nail drills and this was by far the hardest part and very frustrating because I really wish I had this nail drill after seeing such good reviews********* **UPDATE** ***** = I received an email from this company a few days after doing this interview offering to send me a new nail clipper for free. Even expedited next day delivery. After trying again, I have to say that I believe I had a defective item due to shipping issues. The new drill I received had no problems and did not let me down during use. I recommend this item 100%. This company's customer is phenomenal and I'm grateful they contacted me, which most companies wouldn't do. I really appreciate your customer service A++++++
