This product was purchased for use in a high school STEM classroom. It came quickly with no problems. When pulled out of the box, they were already calibrated and ready to use. The device is easy to use, so there was very little instruction for students who had never seen anything like it before. They seem strong enough that I will use them for many years before having to replace them in class.
