Review on Balega Enduro V Tech Heather Socks: Ultimate performance and comfort for active individuals by Raji Bentz

Great socks for training and hiking!

I have a pair of Balega socks that I love and wear regularly to workouts and hiking. The Endure V-Tech Crew Socks are another nice addition to my athleisure collection when I need a longer sock. Balega socks are soft, fairly thick (medium volume as described) and warm, but somehow light and breathable. The fit and compression are perfect, not tight. The socks protect me from blisters when I'm out on day hikes, but all of the Balega socks I own (not just the Endure V-Tech) do the same (not just the Endure V-Tech). The crew style is very long for me and they are definitely visible under the leggings; I would say my favorite Balega style is the Quarter. But sometimes I like extra long and warm crew socks. I wash and dry Balega socks on a gentle cycle (with all other training clothes) with a special washing powder for sports laundry. The socks will last for years with heavy wear and at least a weekly wash. My biggest criticism of Balega socks is that they bunch up a lot and start to roll after the first wash. I use a cloth razor regularly to keep them looking their best. I wear shoes 7-7.5 (women) and the small size was perfect for me.
