VSM looks good on paper. However, when you actually use it you find that the UI is very confusing and does not allow you to do much without lots of trial and error. There are very few examples of people using the tool successfully and most of those examples are only of a couple of screens being used and then never again mentioned again. I was promised "an easy to use tool" and "a quick way to reach your prospects". I was given neither. The tools work great for managing all the contacts within an organization (email, phone numbers etc) however there is no integration between these services so if one goes down or changes email addresses you lose access until you manually update them all.
