I bought this ceiling mount to hang a 65 inch plasma TV from the ceiling in my home gym. After reading the description I thought I had found the perfect mount for my TV. The description said it would hold 220 pounds, my plasma TV is 118 pounds - CHECK IT OUT! According to the description, this mount fits a 70 inch TV; My plasma TV is 65 inches - WATCH IT! The price was very reasonable for a high quality TV mount; his overall rating exceeded four stars - CHECK. I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing this TV mount. I opened the box and installed the mount which was easy enough. I adjusted the legs so that the TV was as high as the mount would allow, but was disappointed that the TV will still hang very low. I looked at the box and wondered if I got the wrong mount had sent and noted that the box says this mount is only rated for 110lbs and not 220lbs as advertised. This mount fits my big TV! Having already installed this mount, I decided to swap out my 65" TV for a 50" TV hanging from the top of the wall mount as this TV only weighs 85 pounds. I am very disappointed in this purchase.
