When I received this amp it appeared to be in good working order. However, my TV's media input did not have a reliable connection for a few weeks. I wasn't too upset though because basically I wanted it for the music. A month later the output was terrible on all channels. The sound quality was terrible and full of noise. I checked everything else on my system and it worked fine. I applied for a warranty and the company wanted me to pack it up and ship it on mine without offering to cover the shipping cost and quoting 4-6 weeks for repairs. It's just a terrible directive and seeing how quickly it broke I really don't think it will last long and didn't want to spend a ton of money to pack and ship it properly. Luckily I was still within Revain's return window and went that route. I will look for the best amp for my system because this policy is terrible. Avoid the headache and look elsewhere
