This was the perfect replacement for the notoriously horrible knobs found on the 2010 Silverados. It's easy to install, but my only concern is that the screws that came with it were too short. I ended up taking some good sheet metal screws and using a grinder to cut them to the perfect length. Be careful not to drill too deep when removing the plastic rivets. Even if I hadn't drilled too deep, I honestly don't think the included screws would have passed the test. And one last tip, fit a proper handle BEFORE installing the door panel on the truck. It takes some force to do this and I felt like I would break the new bracket by pressing on the door panel once installed. Great product and a lot cheaper than buying from your local parts store.
