It came as expected. I was a little apprehensive about ordering this product as the seller has not responded to any recent questions about it. But it turned out to be the best product for what I was looking for, which was the suspension and peak tension scales. I am very satisfied with this product. The only downside was that the batteries in the machine were rusty and I had to take them out and give the machine a thorough cleaning with electronics cleaner and a small brush. Otherwise, the device has a very solidly assembled (cast aluminum) body and a wide, strong handle. It's pretty quick to learn with guidance and has a peak power that I really need as I use it to test my torque wrenches, among other things. The digital display is quite large and clear. It tests the accuracy of some known weights I have to the nearest 1/2 pound. It also includes recalibration instructions if you ever lose your device's calibration. Very happy with it. But of course, don't leave batteries in until they're going to be used.
