It's simple to use, easy interface that helps you connect with other providers in your area or across state lines as well! I like how it can give me feedback about my referrals so i know who will be contacting them next time they need something done at their home/facility etc., which saves more of us from sending over our services too many times since we have been referred by someone else already working here!! Nothing yet but this program has helped all around when getting help through one person instead having multiple people send stuff out there without knowing eachothers info before hand.
