It feels like it's definitely a $20 table but not a $40 table.
Had to pick it up three times and email it to customer service because the instructions are not updated. Move or rotate the top metal piece so that the middle screw holes are larger than the outer ones, and then it's level and the top piece slides in easily. Otherwise the screws will not align and go all the way in when you follow the instructions. Otherwise inform you about the start from us and otherwise when I start.
