Review on SinoMetics Smart Projector with WiFi, Bluetooth and Android TV 8.0 - Airplay Miracast Supported, Portable Video Beam for Multimedia Movie Games (White) by Charles Barney

We were frustrated when we received our projector without being able to get any apps to work. Connected to wifi and bluetooth speakers with no issues. Support is now working with us to troubleshoot app issues and fix any bugs we have. Ann and Jan helped us and assured us that they are working with their engineers to fix these issues and gave us a bonus gift for our issue. I hope that the problems will be fixed as soon as possible so that we can enjoy movies soon. UPDATE: This still does NOT work. No matter how often their support team promises, and gives vague suggestions or instructions. We've had it for almost 3 months and STILL haven't been able to view anything successfully. The bonus gift never came even after the second promise. Yang is still working on the refund issue. Customer service has good communication
