isn't worth a million dollars. The last one I had was Bissel Clean View with One Pass and it was awful. I had to stop several times and clean the hole in the hose into the canister. This vacuum cleaner is mostly delivered assembled. All you have to do is snap the handle onto the base and you're good to go. It's pretty heavy and it's loud, loud, loud. But it sucks up pretty well, and I liked the bristles around the edge for loosening things up on the walls. UPDATE: So. I bought it in December. It is now mid-March. The stair cleaner stopped working almost immediately. The foot latch broke today to allow the handle to swing back for you to squeeze. Now you can't adjust the height at all. It still "kinda" picks up dirt, although it leaves traces of dirt (especially dog hair) around the edges. My search continues for a vacuum that doesn't cost a million dollars and lasts more than a few months.
