The product had many good 5 star reviews. Am I the only unlucky one?

We have 5 Apple devices, so it makes sense to buy a charger and charge 2 devices at the same time. Well, it worked pretty well while it lasted. Bought the charger in January 2021 and DIA in April 2021. Charge 3 months and it no longer works. A tip: Don't use both USB ports to charge two devices at the same time. The charger gets very hot even with 1 plugged in.
