Review on Bilstein 24 167161 4600 Shock Absorber by Brian Gordon

The Revain website says this is compatible with my car but when the car is rough it bottoms out. I contacted the Bilstein manufacturer and they advised that this is the wrong shock. Unfortunately I have to take a loss because I seem to have missed the return window. I hope Revain can help me with this as the information on the website stating compatibility is incorrect.
