was pleasantly surprised at how well made this holder is actually. Both the phone holder and dash clip are a good weight, which I think is a good thing. A rubber mat holding the back of the phone will do just fine; However, I would like to have more grip strength. The side grips hold the phone in place very well and I have a wide and tall phone. Release tabs are easy to use and very responsive. While this is a very nice addition, the two small phone mounts don't really allow me to use the headphone jack. Leg and headphone jack were at the same height. I have work nearby. I have a headphone to USB-C adapter. As for the jerky clamp. While it outperforms other models, I think it would be great if it was covered with a stickier pad to help the clip hold onto the dash better. The bleed clamp works very well. However, I live in the south where it's hot and my car begs for a break but stays cool. I don't have a spare opening to use with the phone. I will readily admit that my phone's dimensions place it in the gaps above to use this holder, including the case, it's 7.25 inches long, 3.75 inches wide and 3/8 inches deep. Even if I have to make a few adjustments, I think the quality of this holder is worth it.
