Great product suitable for diet and sports nutrition

After reading some reviews I wasn't sure. I needed a protein drink that didn't have too many calories. That's great. It's not as fat as the others, but I like the amount of protein and fewer calories. The crap is not sold in stores. Raven delivered it earlier than expected. Would recommend to anyone who has had colon surgery like me. I've already reordered once and am ordering again now, but I'm ordering two orders!
