They also have good knowledge about all types of accounting systems which makes it easy for us as they are always ready to assist you when we need any assistance regarding implementation or customization needs. I would say there isn't anything much i dislike but rather just wish more features could be added into this product so that customers can benefit out of its full potential. Accounting system integration using Dynamics AX was one of my main challenges while working as an accountant in my previous organization where we used SAP Business One application.
