I bought these to put under the cheesecakes I cook in the slow cooker. People are always asking about my cheesecake, and now it's nice not to put it on the bottom of a springform pan. Note: If you've never used them, DO NOT bake on them, it's best to transfer your cheesecake to one of them when it's cooked and cooled.
