USB sockets stopped working after 3 months.

Bought this on a lightning deal - looked stylish and useful. Well it was helpful for starters and worked pretty well. While the sockets have been working fine for the last few days, the USB no longer powered any device. At first I thought it might just be some devices that require higher voltage, but now even my regular flip phone won't charge. It looks good if it has been working for a little more than 3 months.
