Review on MyReviewNinja by Dan West

I like that it's easy for me as an individual user, or small business owner with limited resources/time at my disposal to use this software without having to hire someone else who is more experienced in using it. The interface can be difficult to navigate if you're not familiar with how things work online (and even then). It would help greatly if they had some kind of training video available so we could get used to navigating through all aspects of their system before actually going live. We've been able to see what our competitors are doing about reviews on Google Places & Yelp! This has helped us immensely when dealing with businesses within close proximity of ours.
