User friendly platform - especially useful tool

I like that it's easy for me as an individual user, or small business owner with limited resources/time at my disposal to use this software without having to hire someone else who is more experienced in using it. The interface can be difficult to navigate if you're not familiar with how things work online (and even then). It would help greatly if they had some kind of training video available so we could get used to navigating through all aspects of their system before actually going live…

  • Easy access from mobile device; great customer service
Cons
  • Can't upload photos directly into Reviews.
  • Slow loading times
  • No ability currently exists where one cannot post two separate items onto your own profile page under "my account"
