Review on Car tires Dunlop Winter Maxx SJ8 265/65 R17 112R by Mateusz Burzyski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent product, the best quality.

Size 235/60/16. Drove 3 winters ~ 60,000 km. Wear 4 mm/ (see photo for reference). Sharp corners are not a work of fiction. Because the tread becomes smooth as the wheel turns, the initial grip is not very good (this is due to the fact that the tread is smooth). When you are driving in the opposite direction, the lamellae will rise and adhere to your palm; this is one of the reasons why the brakes is so good. They are not unhappy despite being in a rut. At first, they make an effort to break free of the rut; nevertheless, once they get going, there is not a single complaint about breaking free of the rut. I drove for more than 30 hours straight through extreme frost that was -40 degrees Celsius. Even after being stored overnight, tires maintained their round shape and did not suffer any changes to their qualities. I drove to Hong Kong and back with these tires, which is a total of 9000 miles. In the month of February, I went to Hong Kong. Tires performed admirably across the board in every test that was administered to them.

Pros
  • Outstanding braking performance on compacted snow, asphalt, and even dry ice; Noise that is soft and low-key; Not likely to hydroplane at speeds up to 120 kilometers per hour; Outstanding ability to hold the road; They are comfortable in temperatures ranging from -43 degrees Celsius to +5 degrees South; Being sufficiently hardy and resistant to abrasion; When they go from a warm garage to the cold, their possessions are not destroyed in any way.
Cons
  • a lack of traction in the event of vigorous acceleration on a slick road; Even vigorous pumping and going faster than the speed index is not tolerated by them. In loose snow, driving nonstop is the sole option for those without all-wheel drive;
