Definitely worth the money

The sound quality is absolutely amazing for the price. I should note that I haven't checked the link yet as my daughter's new helmet hasn't arrived. I just connected to the phone and listened to music. Didn't expect the sound quality to be so good. The battery life seems good enough to me as I haven't been able to kill it yet. It came with both a boom mic and a small lava style mic. It's always nice to have options. Now for the not so good ones. The speakers don't connect to the 2.5mm jack, so I can't install non-genuine JBL speakers or a splitter to feed audio into a professional vlog. However, the speakers that come with the unit are good and I don't blog so it doesn't really bother me. The second issue was that there was no clip mount in the kit so I had to put double sided tape on the helmet to mount it. I'm not a fan of these bindings because I can't change my helmet without buying extra bindings and tape. Again, it's not a big deal as these units are cheap enough that I could fit any helmet in my house for less money than I could find a Sena or Cardo unit. I will update my review if the device fails. or if the connection turns out to be shaky, but at the moment the thing is pretty steep for the price. Sounds as good as listening to music like my Cardo Packtalk friends. Edit: forgot to mention that there is no music sharing or audio multitasking. So when listening to music, press the button to switch to intercom, then press it again to switch back to audio. Since this is a feature that Sena and Cardo struggle with, I wouldn't mind dropping it to save a few bucks, but if anyone needs this feature I'd mention it.

Pros
  • Helmet accessory
Cons
  • Long delivery time
