This was a replacement for the one I previously bought and gave away. I like the small size, strength and feel in the hands. Sometimes a regular sized hammer is too big, too heavy and just not needed, is just overkill and a huge burden due to its size and weight. Of course, if you have a tool belt or belt loop, carrying it isn't a problem, but it's still not always necessary. This little hammer gives you the advantage of having a well-made hammer, very handy to put in a pants pocket, sweatshirt or jacket pocket when my hands are full. You get the same performance without the extra size and weight.
