The clips are good, well the nuts are terrible.
The clips themselves seem to be of good quality. On the other hand, the well nuts included for assembly are completely useless. I've already had to replace them with rivets on one clip, I've never taken out a kayak with it on, I'm sure I'll have to replace the other one too. So either drill smaller holes and only use rivets at first, or buy better quality nuts.
