You obviously sent me a used item. The pots were apparently accidentally pushed back into the box and the box's packaging resealed. There is nothing wrong with a used or open product, but when I pay for a new product, I expect a new product. Half of the pots and lids weren't in the bubble wrap and it was rolled up at the bottom of the box. Also, the lids look very cheap. It looks like the hardware was installed upside down, with nice detailing on the inside and ugly exposed screws on the outside. It's a real shame, apart from the very odd industrial handles, the pans have a nice weight, feel and finish.
