What I like best is that it is very easy to clean. cooked without oil or sprays and it still cleans with no problems. I also liked the three different sizes. Good for multi cookers. What I didn't like was that the lids have a vent hole. Sometimes when cooking, you need all the steam in the pan. What I do is seal the hole with tape. In general, cooking is more fun, especially cleaning.

You obviously sent me a used item. The pots were apparently accidentally pushed back into the box and the box's packaging resealed. There is nothing wrong with a used or open product, but when I pay for a new product, I expect a new product. They don't work as advertised. After 4 months of careful use and following all care instructions, we have noticed excessive stickiness in everything we cook. Pans are also difficult to clean due to sticking. We had a set from another brand that lasted 6 years before we had any problems. I looked for a return and it expired on January 31st 2021 so they have a 90 day guarantee. I understand why the 90 day guarantee.
