Review on ๐Ÿ‡ Enhance Your Riding Experience with Total Saddle Fit's Synthetic Shoulder Relief Girth by Anthony Hales

Works as described for other sports

I have a horse with a large sloping shoulder and a very forward girth groove. Even though the rails on my dressage saddle are one of the best adjustments for this situation, despite the anatomically humane neoprene girth, my saddle still tended to slide forward while riding. I decided to try Total's girth after reading some online reviews and one manufacturer's claim that it should solve my problem. This has worked for about 10 trips so far. When lunging, the saddle still moves forward a little (especially with a few bumps and jumps), but for now it works when riding. Appears to be of good quality. I reduced the girth I was using as a 4-6 inch clearance between the bottom of the saddle and the top of the girth (not the buckle) was recommended and this girth seemed to have more room from the buckle to its edge than this one I've used (and it is 2 inches). This fits and gives me the recommended space; If I used the size I used the gap would be 4 inches or less on each side. If you have a horse with a front girth groove and a saddle that needs to be pushed back due to large shoulders, I would recommend trying this girth.
