Well if you have no idea if you want to drive.

Cheap board, wheels are very soft with a lot of resistance to movement, making training more difficult than other boards. The nuts holding the bogies loosen after several trips, even after being tightened. Rubber in trucks also seems to be soft. If you don't know you're going to love this today, this is a good starter board. Or if you have a kid and don't want them to drive fast, that's fine.
