Update: We contacted Hamilton Beach after I posted my original review. They sent us a replacement coffee machine. Hope this one lasts longer. I will update my outstanding review when we pass the 3 month mark. At the same time, the customer service deserves 5 stars. I got this coffee pot for Christmas. I was so excited! It's been on my wish list for a long time. i love coffee i drink a lot of coffee I was excited. We installed it and I started using it right away. The first thing I noticed was that it kept the coffee very hot! I burned my mouth several times. But literally after 3 months of use, the coffee maker stopped working. I thought it was the outlet it was plugged into. nope Tried different sockets. I can't stress enough how disappointed I am. On the other hand, I kept my old coffee pot. It may not be compatible with Alexa, but it works.
