My analysis of this product showed that it's just full of stimulants that made me feel sick and jittery .On the PLUS side, it did give me a slight boost in energy. However, the negative side effects outweighed any benefit. Plus the packaging is misleading, making it seem like a healthier option when it's just another unhealthy addition to the Health and Household category of products..
