I want you to know how disappointed I am with your headphones. When the package arrived on Saturday I couldn't wait to use it. When I opened the outer packaging, it was clear that this was an already opened and used product. The round seals were broken and the inner box was torn at the top. The station didn't look like what was advertised in your commercials. The male to male cord featured an elastic band rather than a twist lock like other accessories. Since it was a birthday present for me, I decided to try it. The optical cable did not match the TVs. Using the RCA cable the volume was at a minimum (yes they were charged) so I tried plugging my headphones into the transmitter. He didn't connect. I am so disappointed. It definitely wasn't as advertised and definitely not worth the nine day wait. I'm giving Revane back her own zone.
