I bought this for a 32 inch TV. It's easy to assemble and comes with more than enough nuts and bolts. (even the tools!) than you need to complete the job. For the price it's very functional as it's something I can use and reuse when I buy a bigger TV. However, there are a few quirks. Used as a 32 inch TV mount, the kit was obviously designed for use with big screen TVs. I mounted mine so that the mounting brackets are at the very edge of the bar behind the TV and it still hangs fairly high off the TV stand. Although not visible in the picture, the corner piece that connects the mounting brackets to the legs is covered with a plastic cover. That's good if you value a streamlined look. However, they are not held in place by screws. Therefore, they tend to pop out easily. This makes the whole thing feel cheaper than it already is. The kit's legs have a felt base for added support and stability, but I can't help but think that soft rubber would have been a better material. Overall it's good for the price. It only takes a few minutes to install and the material the stand is made of (presumably steel) will last for many years.
