I probably carry more in my purse than in my holdall. Just kidding, but it often looks like this. Considering I need to carry enough stuff to prepare for the apocalypse, I prefer big bags. Pros: This bag is beautiful. Material - waxed pebble leather, rich color. Inside you'll find a good selection of pockets; with and without a zipper. I've always had a love/hate relationship with zippered center pockets - I love having a large secure pocket, but hate how it interferes with the usability of the rest of the interior. The large pocket on this side is off-center, allowing at least one side of the pocket to be accessible and visible. I also have a love/hate relationship with wallet deposits. Dark liners make it difficult to see inside the bag (why wouldn't someone invent a truck flashlight?), while light liners get dirty and wear out faster. This liner comes close to the deepest skin tone, it is neither light nor dark. I like everything so far. Cons (you know, they should be): The bag is heavy. Although I expected the leather wallet to be heavy and checked the weight before purchasing, it was heavier than I expected. If you're thinking about buying a handbag, try walking around with something the same or larger using an arm or shoulder. I found the handles to be a bit short considering the style and weight of the wallet. I like the ability to carry the bag on the shoulder. I've moved the straps to the next hole but I'm still not happy. Luckily, the strap is enough to add an extra hole or two to increase the fall. The shoulder strap is a disappointment. The strap is too narrow and the clasps are too flimsy to comfortably or securely carry the weight of the wallet (empty or full). Even if you can trim the shoulder strap, you can't move the loop far enough to lock the loose end and so it dangles. Conclusion: I like the wallet very much. It's great and gets a lot of comments. Overall it's well made (he lost his glasses because of the shoulder strap) and has very practical pockets. I can fix the handle dropping issue, and since I'm not a huge crossbody fan, the downsides don't bother me.
