My dogs used to sit on the couch. It's just what you do when they are puppies and they get used to it. Both have grown to 75 pounds each and my couches have become a playground. I never thought I would ever stop her from climbing on furniture. Sprinkle in 2 smaller supplies and I started buying used furniture every 6 months because they were very strict about it. When we got home the pillows were on the floor and the sofa was moving. I thought I would never have good furniture. I was tired of being ashamed of disgusting furniture and wanted a nice set for guests to sit on. I googled if there was an alarm system for the sofas and came across Sofa Scram. I took a risk I bought my first set of beautiful and expensive leather sofas and alarm clocks. The alarm came the day before the sofa was delivered to me, so I put it on top of the old stuff. One day they jumped on the couch and the alarm clock rang! They didn't touch her for the rest of the night! Since my new sofas have been in the house they have only attempted to sit on them 3 times and they slide off quickly. I made them cribs so they could sit upstairs. I'm so glad my new sofa is safe and sound!
