I recently bought a new cage for my 22 year old cockatiel. Early bedspreads were simply a mix of towels and a light blanket. This cover is perfect, it made it easy for him to get him to bed at 4:30 (yes he's an early riser). It could fit in a wider cage, but I just level the game with a wooden clothespin. The lid is beautifully stitched with two handles at the top for easy attachment and detachment of the cage. I looked inside before velcro sealing the seam and it's all black! This is important because he goes to bed before sunset and doesn't want to get up before 8am. The fabric is really high quality and breathable. I love it. This cover accommodates his 18" wide x 54" tall cage at the top of his arcade.
