While all other hose bibs have a removable screw that secures the inner washer to the end of the stem, Homewerks permanently attaches the washer by flattening a brass pin over the washer (e.g. socket) . Hose bibs allow you to replace any washer when it wears out unless you buy Homewerks. Since the washer cannot be replaced once the washer wears out (and they all wear out over time), you will need to replace the entire hose nozzle, not just the washer. What a waste of brass (and your time and money). You can buy the same bib for half the price at a big store if you want that piece of junk.
