Poor delivery design
STUPID< STUPID> STUPID shipping design. Building set screws into the seat for transport instead of putting them in a bag IS REAL. It took a large screwdriver and a pair of bench vises to get the large screws in and out. If someone doesn't have tools, you're done. I messed up the handle of a new screwdriver because I had to clamp a couple of vises to get the screws in and out. Someone really needs to reconsider this delivery option. The chair is very good value for money.
