So I have a 4 year old Healer Blue and it just freaks out on the street. Jump back and forth from the back seat to the front seat. This didn't bother her at all. So if you have a quiet team dog or a small dog, this will likely work for you. But for my feral child that didn't happen, she just jumped over him or stood on him. I've had better luck with the center console cover open so it doesn't move around. It was also easy to install and feels pretty solid. Pockets come in handy for extra storage. If I had a smaller or calmer dog I would most likely give him 4 to 5 stars. But it just doesn't work for my wild child.
