This is a great product that breathes new life into my old 2013 Audi Q7; makes it able to keep up with the mainstream of mobile technology. The most difficult step during installation is removing the air ducts, the Audi MMI head unit and the climate control unit. The locks are very stiff and it is very difficult to lock both locks on both sides at the same time, even with the correct Audi/VW tools, by one person (two people should be easier to work together). After that, everything is very simple and clear, as described in the installation instructions. The upgrade kit offers many customization options after boot, but the guide in the box is very basic and only covers a small part of it. I would like the supplier/seller to be able to provide a URL to download the full manual/document. (Whether it's in English or Chinese, I know the box is made in China.) I tested the drive the first night after installation and multiple times the second day. I encountered two problems.1. Screen Size - When refreshing the display off screen, I've seen options to decrease the screen size in the settings, but it seems the setting doesn't work properly every time. After restarting the car, the display sometimes fitted the screen correctly, but sometimes it reverted to the original larger display.2. Automatic night mode in Android Auto - I followed the seller's answer in the FAQ and set the kit to automatic mode (Settings -> Carplay/Android Auto -> Enable automatic dark mode), but also my Google Map and Navigation stay in Wazes day mode whether my car's headlights are on or off. I've checked my Google Map app settings and confirmed that the color is already set to 'Automatic'. I don't see a way to contact the seller directly, so I left my question along with the product review.
