This is a very simple product; just what I needed for a side mirror that was knocked off and too broken to easily put back on. I have a 2012 Corolla and everything works fine. The hardest part is taking the door panel off so you can get to the mirror, but once that's done you simply screw on the mirror and plug in the wire connector and you're done. It fits well and is secure. I was also able to tear the painted back of the body off the broken original mirror and attach it to this in place of the black mirror it comes with to match the rest of my car. But black doesn't stand out either and looks good, especially if you have a dark colored car. I was pleasantly surprised at how happy I am with it. Worth every penny.
