Terrible quality of spare parts

I bought it and installed it in the car the next day. Installed, both bulbs are normal, one does not light up. He took it out and found that it immediately appeared to be burned, clouded, and slightly melted at the base. Luckily it didn't damage my car. The lamp that worked was terribly weak compared to a regular incandescent bulb.
