The best thing about kenil was their customer service team always eager for help us with any problem I faced during our implementation process - from getting an idea or concept how it would be implemented at my organization till final deployment they were very helpful! Support tickets could take some time sometimes because we had many customers using this product but after reaching out few times most issues got resolved pretty fast (usually within one day). We also loved that fact when something went wrong while implementing there are people ready 24/7 who can fix your problems right away without asking you too much details- just tell them what's happened so far already solved by others users like yourself :) Nothing really bad here only good things mentioned above! Highly recommendable tool if looking into license management solution as well cloud hosting platform which will benefit both parties involved i guess :].
