Great Service, Excellent Products And Knowledgeable Team

We have been using their service for almost 3 years now during which they've provided us a lot products with good features and excellent customer care management system. They are very well organized and always work with clients on maintaining long lasting business relationship. However I don't think we had any issue or complaint about them since then! Great implementation and customer service - happy about our experience with kenil!

The best thing about kenil was their customer service team always eager for help us with any problem I faced during our implementation process - from getting an idea or concept how it would be implemented at my organization till final deployment they were very helpful! Support tickets could take some time sometimes because we had many customers using this product but after reaching out few times most issues got resolved pretty fast (usually within one day).   • It should have more options to allow different pricing packages instead having fixed plans available, especially small business level ones; Also support ticket resolution is super quick due great staff in terms of CS !!!
