My age is 41, and I have a small weight problem, but I still work in an office. I am a big admirer of Samsung phones in general, but the Samsung Health app in particular. In an effort to encourage more movement during the day, watches were purchased. I don't pay for my purchases by the hour, I don't answer to communications, and so on and so forth. I use the activities that are pre-loaded into the watch, such as swimming, cycling, planking, and running on the treadmill, in addition to the independent application "Skimble" (sets of exercises for home). It is not unusual to fly. What I liked least was that I expected a closer interaction with Samsung Health, which was not the case. Example: There are some sorts of workouts that are not supported by the watch. Example: I have roller skates (there is no such training in the watch, but it is in the phone, in the application). When I start a workout on my phone, the phone should send a command to my watch saying, "I have started training here; provide me heart rate data so that I can more correctly calculate the calories burned." In principle, this should happen. However, there is no data transmission on the pulse, and there is also no explicit calculation that takes place. Instead, the value is retrieved from some kind of internal directory, and the only parameter is the amount of time spent exercising. It's possible that I have unreasonable expectations of this watch. Because walking isn't even good for recharging batteries, I probably shouldn't bring them hiking. They are still designed to fit comfortably in the hand of a city dweller. There is a chance, around seven percent of the time, that the gps will not start and the clock in motion will display "by zeros." Sometimes (although this happens very infrequently), the clock falls off the shelf and then displays the time that you were asleep. This is, of course, a trivial matter. They are completely stress-free. It turned out that the hours I spent waiting were very necessary. They are successful in inspiring me to engage in more physical activity.
