I read the reviews before purchasing but as this is the only type available the choice was made for me. Like another customer, I also received a carbon fiber sample and encountered the same issue of them not being "accurate". That being said, it doesn't matter if you align it at the top because most people won't notice the gap when it's at the bottom anyway. They do what they're supposed to do, shut the window, but honestly it's not the end of the world because if someone doesn't take the time to look, they probably won't be noticed. ** for those with carbon fiber. The parts are narrower: it is obvious that they do not fit together. So if you think about it, I'd go for a matte black to get rid of the "cheapness" of the carbon grain. They look much brighter than the real ones.
