I gave it 4 stars for "tight" just because you have to make sure the rubber seal is in place or it will leak. It happened once and never happened again. just a warning. The bottle is fantastic - bought so I didn't have to think about how much water I drank while preparing for a colonoscopy. I just topped it up and made sure I drank 64 ounces in 24 hours. Easy to schmeasy. Super easy to clean with a wide opening. also easy to fill. The straw works great and the lid doubles as a cup if you need to share with your spouse. A little heavy when full and can be difficult for me to put my arm around it, but the grip is great. I can't keep it in the car just because my cup holders are too small. FANTASTIC and would definitely order more.
