Review on Bilstein 24 100144 5100 Shock Absorber by Joshua Donnis

4 stars overall for improved ride quality. Probably a good quality damper but I was unhappy that there was no circuit to install. I checked the Bilstein website and couldn't find any helpful instructions which is why they get 2 stars for installation. The shock comes with 3 bead washers (and 2 pieces of rubber) and all 3 are completely different. We had to guess what order to arrange them in. On top of that the old rear shock absorbers (had to be cut off with a flashlight) are difficult to remove, although this has nothing to do with the new Bilstein shock absorbers, it just made installation more difficult with both of those problems.
