Put the two new thermometers side by side in the fridge. The next day they were 4.5 degrees apart. Being around the house or on the road that much is no big deal. But the fridge is a big problem. This means the difference between moving food and not moving. I installed an old round thermometer with a needle that I know to be accurate and found that one of the new gauges was accurate to within 0.5 degrees. The other was off by 4 degrees. That makes it a bad value. I can't remember how much I paid but I know if it was for just one I wouldn't have bought it. Too much trouble coming back. I think that's what keeps these foreign companies afloat. We Americans love cheap things and are lazy or busy trying to return them.
