Review on Bingfu 20-1300MHz Police Scanner Antenna: High Performance Magnetic Base Antenna for Uniden, Whistler, & Radio Shack Radio Scanners by Kari Barley

The old fashioned telescopic antenna that came with my high quality Uniden Bearcat scanner worked much better than this thing. I really really wanted to like this antenna but unfortunately it's not even worth what little I paid for it. The antenna itself looks decent. A little flimsy and flimsy upon closer inspection. Cable? Wow. let me tell you It's too thin and totally unprotected from anything electrical. The thing looks great, promises a lot and delivers little, but the noise mixes with what you can actually get, which is also very little.
